The importance of sharing your commitments as a business-owner.

This week, I’m meeting a lot of our clients as well as potential clients and I’m realising that why I built Brand Elevate Agency is not just to upgrade companies by crafting or optimising their digital home.


It’s mainly for the causes they support behind their brands - and getting to be surrounded by founders who are passionate about inspiring a positive impact.


I believe when a company is genuinely human in the way they interact with their team and customers, like Giving a chance to youngsters to be immersed in and learn in their company or when a company has a sustainable approach that doesn’t fall into the greenwashing principals, like like reducing food waste in a restaurant, and they are not even communicating it on their website and overall communication,


Well, 1. It’s an approach to be respected and admired for.

especially these days, when it’s easy to get caught into the news, negativity and greed and stick to just push-selling and delivering services.


And 2. I invite such companies to start sharing their approach and values through their interactions—both online and offline—because your daily commitments ARE your marketing.


A tech startup that offers mental health support to its employees—what if they openly talked about this policy? This would definitely inspire other businesses to prioritize well-being

This kind of story deserve to be told. In the end, People buy from people.


By sharing more of the behind the scenes of your company, you remind other founders that every brand, no matter its size, has its responsibility and is playing a role. This is how we can start seeing the half full cup, be more real about what’s happening in the world, see concrete actions taken and be more optimistic about the future.


This is the process at brand elevate that we help companies with—to SEE the true value of companues, reintroduce who they are and what they stand for to create genuine connections that fosters long-term client loyalty.


This message is important because what we do on a daily basis as business owners is transparent to us because this is just who we are - but who we are and how we do things is what our customers want to get to know beyond the price tag on a product.
